District 29 is part of northern-most Jefferson County. This district in particular contains the cities of Westminister and Arvada. A critical factor in this district is the routing of the last connection of the 470 belt around the metro area. Golden is currently fighting any effort to send the freeway through their town, instead of east of Table Mountain.
