District 9 is the southeast corner of Denver, including the Denver Tech Center. The Tech Center is at the intersection of I-225 and I-25, and has large computer and military technology companies located within that area. This area has multiple golf courses in the Hampden Heights neighborhood, perfect for the white collar bosses.
